Hey Fellow Yogis, 💗

I am so excited to offer you these Self-Empowering & Body Loving Yoga Classes.

As with everything that I do in life, my style of yoga is a little different and what I like to call Hybrid. I use ancient wisdom with a modern flair to bring about a modern, relaxed and fun class environment for all.
I have learnt so much through my own personal fitness & yoga journey and I am so looking forward to sharing tips & techniques that you can easily implement into your own life.

A reminder that classes are capped to 20 people so first to book will be guaranteed spots.
